Acquavella

Autonomous town since its aggreagation to Casalvelino in august the 8th 1806. The distance from Casalvelino is about 10km and its altitude is 230m on the sea-level. According to numerous historians the birth of this little town is due to the abandonment of three ancient villages: S. Giorgio, S. Zaccaria and Torricelle.
The historical center is almost unchanged thanks to the qualified urbanistic works done in the last years.
Famous in all Cilento for its pastry and hospitality.
